Scott I don't know how to thank you for such a great stay. Your Home was just what the doctor ordered! My 6 year old daughter Sarah was in that pool every moment we weren’t at the parks.
Scott, she went in that pool at 6 AM the day we left to go home. The rest of my family wanted me to thank you also. Every room was to there liking.

How can we thank you for helping to make our vacation SO wonderful! The house was just perfect for all 11 of us and we enjoyed it so much. We each had our own space and then some. The layout of the house is absolutely perfect for us having two young boys. And the pool and the hot tub didn't gather any dust either. :-) We have rented five different vacation places and you have, by far, exceeded the other owners for flexibility, kindness and being hospitable. Even when we had a misunderstanding, you were very quick to do all you could to make sure we had a wonderful time. We can't thank you enough for everything. You and your home made our stay even better than expected! We would readily recommend your property to anyone coming out this way.

Our recent florida vacation was absolutely wonderful thanks in part to luxurious, but comfortable and inviting accomodations in this vacation home. We were relieved and pleasantly surprised to find the actual condition of the home to not only match but exceed the the quality of the photos displayed on the website. The house is absolutely immaculate and well appointed! Up-to-date furnishings, as well as the clean, spacious pool and hot tub just add to the feel of castle-like elegance. Our party of 10 was in no way cramped for room in this relaxing, and inviting home. The game room as well as the many tvs provide plenty off entertainment options if the sparkling clean pool and relaxing hot tub aren't enough to keep your party busy. The downstairs open floorplan contributes to the roomy feel of the house which allows for both large group interaction, as well as privacy and space. The spacious and well equipped kitchen is a definate plus making eating in a great option for families trying to save money by not dining out. With comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and many nearby amenities such as resturants, and shopping centers....who could ask for anything more?! We will definately be back for our future florida vacations!

as well. Calabay is certainly a quiet and perfect location, and what could be better than the hot tub? thank you again. Well, when we get our tax relief from Obama I will be in touch. My favorite Disney fun was Typhoon Lagoon, perfect water and waves, beaches, no jelly fish, no sharks (except @ food & drink stands)

Well, our first vacation came to an end rather fast!...I had promised to drop you a note and here I am. Your home in Calabay Parc is a beautiful vacation spot. The structure itself is beautiful and the location is very peaceful and well groomed. Your furnishings are correctly suited for the house and the upgrades you did are great. Also, I really do appreciate your willingness to refund the pool money, it was absolutely not necessary. You never can predict the weather. It will help me save up for our next trip down there sooner. Thanks again for all your help, and I hope that your little boy is feeling better now. We will definately keep in touch.

Awesome home! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside & out. Three master-style bedrooms, plus 4 more spacious bedrooms handled 3 families very nicely without even coming close to cramping us! Very nicely furnished and appointed with all the creature comforts of home plus more (the game room was a HUGE hit with kids and adults alike). Modern appliances and the huge big screen TV made staying home on the rainy days much more pleasant... The pool was warm and clean, and an excellent way to refresh the batteries after a day at Disney, or as a "wake up call" before starting the day. Thanks a million for providing such a truly wonderful home away from home for two weeks!

If I make it back to Orlando, I will look into this property again...As far as our tournament... we stunk! It was a double elimination and that’s as far as we got. It takes runs to win the ball game, and we only could score 4!

Thank you for arranging for the cars and the Hampton Hideaway House. Other than an empty tank for the BBQ, everything was ideal. Your management company in Davenport responded very quickly and had a full tank of propane at the house in short order.

Just let you know, my family had a great stay at your place. It was very clean and well kept. The kids really loved the pool and pool table. I will recommend the place to all my friends.

It was such a great experience staying in this home. The house was better than we expected and it was so nice to relax in the pool after walking around all day. Our kids loved the game room and had nightly tournaments on the air hockey table. I would recommend this property to anyone, this home truly has everything. Also the owners were great with recommending places to eat and the best times and days to travel to the parks. They even had discount coupons in the house for restaurants and attractions. We have already sent our deposit in for our next vacation.
